Since your order is processed as quickly as possible, in case it has been shipped from our store by courier, we will be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system. Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product totally unused, and in the same condition as you received it, within 3 days of delivery, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund claim or for an exchange.
CHETTINAD/COLOURS is NOT Liable to pay the return shipment charges, which you’ll have to bear.

Do not ship the item back to us until and unless we first give you a clear go-ahead on email. Else we are not liable for your package as it may get lost.
